Welcome to Fern Cottage short term lettings serviced accommodation for both business travellers and holiday makers alike.
About Us
Rooms
Serviced accommodation is a great alternative to staying in a hotel. It is an ideal for business travellers, groups of friends, families and couples looking for independence and flexibility. With two double bedrooms and two large doubles there is ample space for 6-12 guests (extra charges may apply for more than 8 guests). Each bedroom has it's own TV with both Netflix and Apple TV. In addition, a living room, dining room conservatory, luxury kitchen and laundry room give you a great base to enjoy the local life with all the amenities of the neighbourhood on your doorstep. Then enjoy a soak in our luxurious hot tub to ease away the days aches and pains.
The serviced part means that Fern Cottage is fully managed so you can completely relax and enjoy the facilities on offer.
Amenities
Plenty of street parking is available throughout the day directly outside the property. Super high speed internet both hard wired to each room and wireless connectivity comes as standard throughout the accommodation. Catching up on work (should you wish!) to won't be a problem. The living room and kitchen come with underfloor heating as well as a wood burning stove to stay warm during those cold winter nights. A modern fully integrated and equipped kitchen offers our guests everything they need for preparing meals for those cosy nights in. A separate laundry room with washers and dryers gives added convenience to our guests. Did we mention the luxurious spa in the garden?
Location
Located in Baildon, ideal for access to Saltaire and the local wildlife either at the top with Shipley Glen/Baildon Moor or wider to Ilkley and Leeds. Baildon train station (20 minutes to Ilkey) is a 15 minute walk and access to Shipley (15 min to Leeds centre with 5 trains/hr) via a 5 minute bus ride. There are plenty of quality local restaurants and friendly pubs within walking distance. For those looking for a peaceful walk, Denso nature reserve, river Aire and easy access to trails too the quaint village of Esholt home to the Woolpack pub are minutes away. Or just stay in, have a soak in the hot tub and enjoy a curry from the famous Shipley Argraah! Nuffield gym is a short walk away. There is so much for everyone on our doorstep!
